History
Anthroposophical journalism started with the establishment of the first anthroposophical journals. Previously, Rudolf Steiner and his collaborators had been published in the media of their time. Anthroposophical periodicals shared the fate of the publications of their time: only a few have survived to the present day – but those that have, have done so with all the more tenacity. This particularly applies to the journals which survived the banning of anthroposophy under National Socialism in Germany.
