Rudolf Steiner’s collected works

The Rudolf Steiner Gesamtausgabe (GA) (collected works) is published by the  Rudolf Steiner Nachlassverwaltung based in Dornach/Switzerland. The objective is to publish all works, essays, lectures and artistic work as well as the fragments, notes, letters, etc. held by the Archive. To date (2003), 350 volumes have been published. These have been divided into three section and several sub-sections. The individual volumes in these sections are ordered chronologically.

Section A
comprises everything put in writing by Rudolf Steiner. The first part contains the works published during his lifetime. This is followed by his collected essays and a third group is made up of publications from his estate.

Section B
contains Rudolf Steiner’s lectures and is divided into his public lectures, lectures for members and courses on individual subject areas.

Section C
comprises the reproductions of his artistic work. Drafts, sketches, models, pastels, water colours are published in folders and as individual sheets. One sub-section is made up of the eurythmy forms, eurythmy figures, the models for the Goetheanum buildings and the painting sketches.
